Project Overview
Commercial upfit of a 2,000 sq.ft. med spa in Lumina Station, Wilmington. This project spanned all of the phases of construction from demolition of existing interior finishes and walls, reframing of interior walls, to electrical, plumbing, HVAC rough-in, installation of all new finishes and custom wood work.
All of the finishes throughout are light and crisp that allow expand the place visually. The finishes include:
- 2x2 Tegular tiles
- Drywall with wallpaper accent walls
- Wall Paint: Benjamin Moore, Ice Mist OC 67, Ultra Spec Eggshell
- Trim Paint: Benjamin Moore, Chantilly Lace OC65 High Gloss
- LVP Floor (Shaw Cortex 7'' 00705, Ivory Coast Oak)
- Countertops: Quartz, Carrera Retro Polished
- Door Handles: Kwikset Casey
- Single Hole Bathroom Faucet: Remer L11USNL-CR, The Bath Outlet
- Cabinets: Custom made by Timeless Properties
- Front Desk Wood Features: Custom made by Timeless Properties
