Commercial upfit of a cold dark shell for a local Mexican restaurant franchise K 38 in Wilmington, NC.
K 38, Tower 7, K Bueno is a local of Mexican cuisine restaurants. While K 38 has an established design in other locations, our team made necessary design changes to ensure the finishes were consistent throughout the restaurant. We take a special pride in the woodwork and thus constructed all of the wood features in house: columns, beams, countertops, shiplap, trim, built-ins. In spite of all of the custom design features, we completed the project under 100 days.
The exterior of the restaurant was equipped with gas heaters to allow for a comfortable dining off season and fans will be added for the summer time.
