Project Overview
This project was a franchise refresh. A franchise refresh is done to update the branding and the look of a location that is existing. Typically franchises implement brand changes every few years in an effort to stay relevant to their consumer base. It is then franchisees are required to refresh their spaces to meet new requirements. A franchisee is given a timeframe to get the business updated. Since refreshes are done on existing businesses the timeframes are extremely tight. Our team completed this refresh in just 2 weeks. All new finishes in the space ranged from floors, ceilings, lights, to millwork, tops, and paint.
