I was fortunate enough to forge a relationship with Tony Johnson by chance in 2022. When it came time to price our 16 unit – Mark Saulnier design, Tony worked rigorously to align the construction contract with our lender requirements and investor strategy. Throughout the course of our 12-month construction schedule Timeless Properties team kept in constant contact to ensure the project stayed on time and within budget. The consistent communication between staff members such as Paul Garcia, Anastasiia Drescher, and Chris Hoffman ensured the project success. The team showed complete transparency for material selection, New Hanover County requirements for project approval, and helped us navigate several design issues without interruption of schedule. As a former contractor I was impressed by Timeless’ site cleanliness, strong subcontractor performance and safety throughout the project.
